  • Custom, personalized, or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

If your return is rejected (e.g., item is used or damaged), we may not be able to issue a refund, and the item may be sent back to you.

3. Exchanges

  • Details about the replacement item requested
