Cancellation & Modification

At Antpha™, we know that flexibility matters. Whether it’s a simple change of address or a complete order cancellation, we’re here to help — as long as your request reaches us before your order enters the fulfillment process.

1. Order Cancellation

We accept cancellation requests within 2 hours of purchase. If you’ve changed your mind or placed an order by mistake, please contact our support team immediately. After this window, the order may have already entered processing or been shipped, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. Order Modification

Need to update your shipping address or adjust item quantities? We’re happy to assist. All modification requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is in fulfillment, but we’ll do everything we can to help.

3. How to Request a Change

To cancel or modify your order, please email our customer service team at support@antpha.com as soon as possible. Include your full name, order number, and details of your request to ensure a smooth process.

Note: Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes. In such cases, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for next steps.
